<p>Jamia Bigalow serves as Senior Vice President, Distribution Marketing for Fox Networks (FN) where she oversees the group’s efforts that support distribution sales and generate greater brand awareness for Fox’s extensive portfolio of networks.  Her group is also responsible for developing marketing initiatives that enhance partnerships between the company and its key distributors. Additionally, Ms. Bigalow oversees all marketing efforts surrounding FOX’s retransmission consent and channel carriage agreements.</p>
<p>A seven-year veteran at Fox, Ms. Bigalow directs the development of campaigns and promotions that align business objectives for FN’s networks and affiliates.  Under her leadership, the distribution creative group has earned numerous Promax/BDA Awards and Cable &amp; Telecommunications Association of Marketers (CTAM) Mark Awards.</p>
<p>Most recently, Ms. Bigalow served as Vice President, Affiliate Marketing for Fox Networks where she created and managed affiliate marketing strategies for the division’s entertainment brands, including some of the most recognizable networks in television – FX, National Geographic Channel, Nat Geo WILD, and Fox Movie Channel. She also developed marketing initiatives to strengthen the distribution of services within Fox Networks’ portfolio.</p>
<p>Prior to joining Fox, Ms. Bigalow served as Director of Affiliate Marketing for the NFL Network, and launched a marketing program that helped the network reach 20 million subscribers in less than a year.</p>
<p>Ms. Bigalow first joined Fox as Manager of Affiliate Marketing and eventually was elevated to Director of Affiliate Marketing at the Fox Family Channel where she developed cornerstone promotions including 25 Days of Christmas. Fox Family was acquired by ABC/Disney in 2002, and Ms. Bigalow continued as Director of Affiliate Marketing for ABC Cable Networks Group until 2004.Ms. Bigalow graduated from Arizona State University in 1994 with a bachelor’s degree in communications. She has been a member of both Women in Cable Television (WICT) and CTAM since 1997, and has served as Vice Chair of the CTAM Mark Awards Committee. In 2010, <em>Multichannel News</em> selected Ms. Bigalow to its annual “40 Under Forty” list that honors rising executives who are helping shape the future of cable and telecommunications.</p>

<p>David Purdy is Senior Vice President, Content at Rogers Cable. He has an extensive back ground in the Television industry, and has helped launch several Canadian Specialty Channels including Discovery Channel Canada, The Comedy Network, OLN Canada, and Rogers Sportsnet.  In addition to his extensive content knowledge, Mr. Purdy has been instrumental in launching a number of New Products at Rogers Cable Inc., including Interactive Television, VOD, FOD, SVOD, HD, PVR., Switched Digital, and over 100 channels into the Canadian Market.</p>

Courteney Monroe is chief marketing officer for National Geographic Channels U.S., including National Geographic Channel and Nat Geo WILD. She manages the Channel’s brand and all aspects of marketing — including brand strategy, creative, consumer marketing, digital platforms, social media, partnership marketing, and ad sales marketing.<br />
Prior to this, she was executive vice president, Consumer Marketing and Digital Platforms, for Home Box Office, responsible for the marketing of the HBO and Cinemax brands and their programming across all platforms.<br />
Monroe began her career at HBO as manager, Advertising, in 1998, overseeing the campaigns for all HBO series and sports programming, and was named director, Advertising, in 2000. One year later she was promoted to vice president, Advertising, and in 2002 expanded her responsibilities to include overseeing all HBO advertising campaigns. In 2004, she became senior vice president, Advertising, and two years later, she was named senior vice president, Consumer Marketing, assuming a broader role with the addition of digital and licensing and retail. From 2008-2011, she served as executive vice president, adding Home Entertainment marketing to her responsibilities.<br />
During her tenure at HBO, Monroe oversaw award-winning marketing campaigns for many of HBO’s highest profile properties such as Sex and the City, The Sopranos, Entourage, True Blood, Boardwalk Empire, Game of Thrones, the HBO Miniseries The Pacific, and many more. She also led the development, deployment, and marketing of HBOGO and MAXGO, the company’s digital streaming services.<br />
Before coming to HBO, Monroe held marketing positions at American Express and Salomon Brothers and also worked in account management at BBDO.<br />
Monroe was inducted into the American Advertising Federation’s “Advertising Hall of Achievement” in 2006 and was named Media Industry News’ “21 Most Intriguing People of 2007.” Also in 2007 Monroe was named “Marketer of the year” by Brandweek for the series launch of True Blood. In 2009, she was recognized by Broadcasting &amp; Cable Magazine as one of television’s “Next Wave of Leaders.” In 2010, she was recognized as a leading marketing executive with the Brand Builders’ Award presented to her by PromaxBDA, Broadcasting &amp;Cable and Multichannel News.<br />
Monroe holds a B.A. from Williams College and a M.B.A. from The Wharton Business School at the University of Pennsylvania.</strong></span> <!--EndFragment--></p>

<p>Stacie Gray is Chief Creative Officer at iN DEMAND, overseeing creative and marketing for one of the nation’s largest providers of On Demand, subscription and Pay-Per-View entertainment. She leads strategic marketing initiatives including advertising campaigns, digital and social media efforts and innovative promotions with national partners in support of Movies On Demand (MOD) and other iN DEMAND products.  She is an award-winning creative and marketing executive recognized for numerous achievements, including two Emmys.  Stacie is a leader in several industry organizations, serving on the board of WICT NY and on the executive committee of CTAM’s transactional MOD marketing consortium. She was honored with CTAM’s prestigious Rainmaker Award in Oct, 2011 for her industry leadership on MOD, and under her guidance the iN DEMAND marketing team won numerous 2011 CTAM Mark and Promax awards. She was selected for the Cablefax 100 Most Powerful Women in Cable for 2012.</p>
<p>Ms. Gray is highly experienced in developing and launching new entertainment brands and overseeing the marketing of digital entertainment across leading edge platforms. In addition to overseeing all marketing for Movies On Demand, she has launched new brands including <strong>Vutopia</strong>, one of cable’s first multi-platform movie channels and the upscale men’s lifestyle channel <strong>MOJO</strong> <strong>HD. </strong>She also<strong> </strong>and re-launched Howard Stern’s presence on television with the innovative premium channel <strong>Howard TV</strong> <strong>On Demand</strong>.</p>
<p>Before becoming CCO in 2010, she held several positions at iN DEMAND, including SVP, Marketing &amp; Creative and VP, Executive Creative Director. Before joining the company, Ms. Gray was a branding and creative consultant for key clients and advertising agencies including Time Warner Cable NYC, Roadrunner and Grey Entertainment.  She was formerly Vice President, Consumer Marketing &amp; Creative Services for the start-up cable network Popcorn Channel.  She began her career in advertising and specialized in positioning cable networks. As Vice President and Co-Creative Director of Ahern New York Advertising, her clients included Sci-Fi Channel, E!, The Discovery Channel, Lifetime and Showtime Networks.</p>
